Privacy Notice

Data controller. BizWater Business Consultants ("BizWater") is responsible for personal data collected through the Free ROI Calculator, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect. You can use the calculator without giving any personal data. If you request a report or consultation, we collect your name, mobile number and/or email, preferred contact method, proposed location, opening timeline, budget range, business stage, your calculator figures and results, and the campaign link you came from.

Why. To prepare your ROI report, respond to your consultation request, and assign a BizWater Business Consultant. If you separately opt in, we may also send follow-up messages and offers. Marketing consent is optional and not needed to use the calculator.

Who can see it. Only authorized BizWater personnel. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that host this application for us.

Retention. We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting our official BizWater contact channels.

Security. Submissions are stored in a secured database with role-based access. Reports are reachable only through a private, random link.
